“Booked online and was called to say they weren’t in that day but was adjusted to the next day. Braiding was fast. The braiding was for underwing but it was braided straight down, next time will make sure it’s reminded that it’s for underwig and needs to be looped up and request for some braiding hair to be put in as it unravelled a few days after being done.”
